Using this company was a good experience.Tj helped me think through best options for my home. He arrived in timely manner and replaced my old garage door opener. His price was what another vendor had quoted but w better equipment and more features. Plus I didn't have to wait days for service. He noticed some other issues on actual door and for a reasonable cost did hardware tune up. I had gotten stuck in garage using the manual bar overnight. I sent him a photo and he quickly sent remedy of what to do. He left place tidy. I definitely recommend this business.

Jay came out and went over and above the ask. I needed a garage door opener replaced and he came in and inspected the door performed maintenance on it and replaced the opener. This was a 23 year old opener and door that had very little maintenance completed on it and was loud opening and closing. After he finished, the door is smooth and quieter than I can ever remember! Next day response and prompt to the ETA.

I called Tee Jay on a Friday morning, he was over at noon and took care of a problem on one door and since he was here he did a check on the rest of that door and the one in the next bay! A few minor parts later and his knowledge of tuning everything else up, I have two whisper quiet garage doors! I will call him for all of my garage door needs until he quits doing it!

Jay actually came by for a look at my tenants garage door and gave me several options on what we could do to keep the cost down, which I appreciated. We ultimately decided to just replace the 16' long panel door with a completely new short panel unit. Jay and Al we here when they were supposed to be here they immediately put their tools to work " Men on a mission" . Seriously these guys are the real deal definitely not the scammers that seem to hang out trying to rip people off with garage door service and replacement out of Texas or Florida. Give me a local guy like Jay who will answer his phone in person if you have a problem. When they were here they made some improvements to the doors previously installed track and opener, so the new door will work better than even before. Bottom line folks if you just want a square deal a great door and superb service give J'S Garage Door a call you will be happy like I was
