Jay actually came by for a look at my tenants garage door and gave me several options on what we could do to keep the cost down, which I appreciated. We ultimately decided to just replace the 16' long panel door with a completely new short panel unit. Jay and Al we here when they were supposed to be here they immediately put their tools to work " Men on a mission" . Seriously these guys are the real deal definitely not the scammers that seem to hang out trying to rip people off with garage door service and replacement out of Texas or Florida. Give me a local guy like Jay who will answer his phone in person if you have a problem. When they were here they made some improvements to the doors previously installed track and opener, so the new door will work better than even before. Bottom line folks if you just want a square deal a great door and superb service give J'S Garage Door a call you will be happy like I was

Excellent service! Our retention spring broke we called J’s they were just finishing a job and said they would be here in 30 minutes. They actually arrived within 20 min replaced the spring and our garage door was back in working order. We have had J’s also replace our overhead garage door opener a few months ago. Tee Jay is professional and prompt. Do not hesitate to call J’s, Tee Jay is trustworthy and does an excellent job. He is our go to guy!
