This company still coerced me into paying £550 i needn't have paid for a purchase that feel through in 2018. I was purchasing a flat they were selling and on at least 10 occasions I was told by them that I was holding up a chain because I had not had a survey done. I kept saying that because it was a purpose built flat a survey wasn't necessary. I also kept saying that the vendor was the issue because he would not commit to a date. Eventually, at their behest I relented and had a survey done. The day after the survey was done the vendor pulled out of the sale. Cost to me was £550. Week later I got the survey. Great!!!! The least Ellior Heath could have done would have been to offer me 50%. What did Elliot Heath say "not our problem, you shouldn't have had it done". This company is a joke. Less
