Cynthia and Mason trained my poodle Rocket. They run a great program, and Rocket learned a lot, including walking loose/off leash. Rocket is reactive, but they make great strides and helping with his reactivity.

Cynthia and Mason are the most talented dog whisperers I could recommend for your fur babies. Cynthia had trained 3 of our dogs over the past 15 years. The light colored one and Brown one were our Pitties. Wonderful job with them. The Canecorso is our current fur baby. Totally different dog when we got her back. Highly Recommend Cynthia and her Staff. Well Worth the Price. We love the Fantastic Job they did with Breesi. 💓🥰

I have had such a great experience with A Better Bond Training. As a first time puppy owner, Cynthia has taken the time to educate me on development and how to build and deepen my relationship with my puppy. She’s so knowledgeable and cares so deeply for the families she works with. In just a few sessions I feel so much more confident and puppy is already learning so fast and so well. I’m already looking forward to what an awesome dog he will be as we continue to work with Cynthia!Update 6/2025My dog Hippo did the wonder puppy program and advanced program with ABBDT and frequently returns for day training. I’m thrilled with the results everyday but I’m prompted to write this review because of an event early this morning.My dog is a dachshund…a breed notorious for solo shenanigans, high hunting drive (especially small creatures) and taking human owners orders ‘under advisement’. I grew up with one that ran the house and essentially assumed they were not so much untrainable as ungovernable. After 3 years with Cynthia and Mason, he is the best trained dog and proved it this morning. On his usual first potty trip (6 am) instead of doing a sniff and inspect of the backyard he took off charging at a dark shape ambling along the fence line. I was horrified to see that dark shape had a white streak along its tail. Any dachshund I EVER met would have ignored a recall command. He was already halfway across the yard mid charge at this skunk (that was, by the way, notably larger than him). One command and he stopped, one more and he turned and came right back to me. He wasn’t happy about it, but he did it.The skill of the training you and your dog get with this company is unmatched. I cannot recommend them more!

We are endlessly grateful to Cynthia and the team at A Better Bond Dog Training. Cynthia put our English Lab through her Board and Train program, and it truly changed our lives.Cynthia is incredibly knowledgeable and brings years of experience to her work. She helped us understand our pup’s behavior through a breed-specific, genetics-based lens, which was such a lightbulb moment for us. She also helped us realize our dog was capable of so much more than we were allowing, once we stepped back and let her problem-solve and build confidence on her own.Before training, we didn’t feel comfortable taking our dog many places because we worried about her safety. Now, we feel confident, empowered, and excited to experience the world with her. Just as importantly, Cynthia taught us how to be better dog owners. She is patient, thoughtful, and amazing at teaching humans and dogs alike, both of which are equally important in this process.We recommend ABBDT without hesitation, and we’ve already said that any future pup we have will absolutely be going to see Cynthia.
