I have been a patient of Congruency. I will tell you that there PT is unmatched. Manual therapy- which is a fancy word for hands on, deep tissue massage and release is essential for the beginning of injury recovery. Alyssa has been truly a saint. She turned a nearly year long struggle into a finally pain free experience. I backslid and she was there to restart the process. Even though I have insurance, she is worth every penny. I’ll attempt for out-of -network reimbursement from insurance, but I am more focused on the quality and outcome as insurance based providers will not be of value.

After knee replacement surgery, my PT sessions were both uncommonly painful and unsuccessful at expanding my range of motion to anywhere near the desired level. At the suggestion of a friend, I switched to Congruency and was assigned Julianna Hane. Rather than use force to address the problem, her approach was to find what was restricting my range and then to work through the problem area with aggressive massage and, yes, some force. It worked!!! Would recommend Congruency as a great PT solution.

Julianna has been a godsend! I was having difficulty recovering from a recent back surgery, but once I was finally referred to Congruency, true healing has been able to begin. Julianna is the only person I have met in decades who has been able to address root causes of musculoskeletal and fascial imbalance. We are finally addressing an injury from over forty years ago that set the stage for the injury that led to my surgery. I am deeply impressed by and grateful for her work with me.

My daughter and I have worked with Travis, Meg & Cay as PTs, and the care we’ve received has been exceptional!Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but they also genuinely care about helping people. One moment that especially stood out to me was how they supported my daughter, who is away at college and is dealing with knee issues as a runner. She is a past client (no longer local) and reached out by text to Travis for help.
