Eric is a very effective salesperson he outgoing, on the ball and most of all in tough situation very very honest . When making the biggest purchase you need this man at your side. He is the best example of leader . Leaders dont pull back but tackle problems head on . If you need a leader he is your man that is why he is person you need when making a decision on your home sale or purchase be confident I found no one as good him Iam proud to say there is not a better broker / agent anywhere. I’m not sure why anyone wouldn’t use 1% reality. Mike Nichols was a pleasure to work withMost real estate companies are going to want 5 to 6% (normally split between the listing and selling agent). With 1% reality estate we my fees were 3 1/2 % plus $749. My savings were in excess of $10,000. You get all the items you would get from any real estate broker/agent. MLS, flyers, etc. I highly recommend them!
