I’m not sure why anyone wouldn’t use 1% reality. Mike Nichols was a pleasure to work withMost real estate companies are going to want 5 to 6% (normally split between the listing and selling agent). With 1% reality estate we my fees were 3 1/2 % plus $749. My savings were in excess of $10,000. You get all the items you would get from any real estate broker/agent. MLS, flyers, etc. I highly recommend them!
