We contacted mortgage bridge initially to query how far away we were from being able to secure a mortgage, We thought we would need to improve our credit for at least another year, Dale was fantastic and took some information and within days we had an agreement in principle, this meant we could put in an offer on a property we had seen, Dale helped us through the mortgage application process, I didn’t belive this would happen due to some adverse credit and just being days into a new job, I thought we would be turned away, We still kept hoping and kept viewing the house we loved, We received updates all the time from Dale, questions we needed to answer for the lender which were nerve wracking as they had to dig into our credit, Dale was available for any questions (we had loads) Always asking for updates scared we would be declined!
