We had a tire blowout and needed to make it to Cincinnati the same day. We called all around no one could get the tire faster than the following Monday, Andre came through and saved the day. He had one of the employees go get the tire we needed from their distributor and had it at the shop ready to go before we even got there. They put the tire on and we were back on the road in no time. He gave us a great deal and turned what was a disaster into a minor inconvenience. The best customer service I’ve ever received from anywhere, hands down. I can’t recommend this place enough. Andre is the best! I’ll definitely be back for all my automotive needs

I had a screw in my side tire (dead tire) and I was devastated! Saturday ruined. I called so many ppl and they all gave me a hard time and was rude to me for asking questions.. I called here, and Andre was so nice, genuine, and helpful! They didn’t have the tires I needed in stock.. but went above and beyond to go to the distributor to pick them up!I got new tires the same day!Honestly. SO HELPFUL! I came in early in the morning with an old nail in the tire, these gentlemen took care of me very, very swiftly, at a very, very reasonable price. Everybody was very punctual and right to it. I can’t rave enough about how great of an experience I’ve had here and I highly recommend any and all who are looking for any tires or any other services that they provide to reach out to them and see what they can do for you!
