After years of endless sneezing and runny noses, I decided to go to an ENT, who informed me that a septoplasty might help. Because my nose is in the middle of my face, I decided to go to the best plastic surgeon I could find: Dr. Totonchi. He noticed on my CT a massive bone spur coming out of my septum and rupturing into my sinus. No one has ever caught this before. I’ve had terrible migraines all my life, and still after scans to research the cause, no one caught it. But, Dr. Totonchi did. While I was there to fix my septum, I also decided to straighten my nose a bit and shave down a very minor bump. I wanted the changes to be imperceptible. My results: a straightened septum, breathing, massive reduction in migraines (almost complete elimination), and a beautiful nose. Meanwhile, his bedside manner is so calm and kind!!! Just the sweetest guy. Highly recommend. So worth it!!

Dr. Totonchi and all of the staff are great! I went in nervous about fixing the ptosis that had developed in one of my eyelids following an injury and my experience was fantastic, everything went very smoothly and everyone answered any questions I had along the way. My corrected eyelid looks *exactly* like the other one and more importantly, it works, and we are mere months out of surgery as I write this review. I could not have hoped for better results!
