Friendly technician named John gave up options and things to prevent stains on the wool and natural fiber rugs. The price was great, he showed up on time, explained what the process was and was careful with where the vacuum return/supply line was so it would not mark walls or furniture. I will be recommending them and using them again!

I used Smith's Carpet, Tile, & Upholstery Cleaning to clean 3 couches and a chair. Two of the couches had pet stains on them and John was great in getting them cleaned. John showed up on time and got right to work. I would highly recommend them for cleaning and will use them again in the future.
