Chris did an excellent job in going through in detail, the current coverages I have, and recommending some changes to my policies based upon our discussion. It was well worth the time spent in this yearly review, to ensure I felt comfortable with the coverages. I was not pressured in any way, and learned more about some of the finer details.Previous review: Adam Roux and his staff have been excellent to work with. I’ve been under Allstate Insurance for over 10 years now and have had great support in keeping my insurance coverages on both vehicles and home up-to-date. The communication is great as well as processing speed for any changes made to my plans.

I've always been happy with the service I've received from the Allstate agents I've worked with. Angela at the Adam Roux agency has been very thorough in reviewing our policies and helping me to make sure we have the best coverage for our auto and home based on our circumstances.As everyone knows, insurance premiums have gotten more expensive, and I wish they would come down, especially since we've only had two claims for our home policy and one auto accident in over 40 years. But that's out of the hands of local agencies.I'm rating the price as overpaid to reinforce my comments above, but I suppose our rates are reasonable for the current state of the industry.

Adam Roux provided a different carrier when Allstate either dropped or made too expensive its umbrella policy and provided essential assistance in its renewal. He is very responsive to emails and is the reason I continue to insure via Allstate.
