Derek M came to us by a referral from Hoag Hospital when my 82 yr old mom who suffers from Dementia fell and broke her femur on NYE...she was going to need 24/7 care as she healed and then months of physical therapy. Her current Memory Care/Assisted Living arrangement could not provide that type of round-the-clock care. OMG!!!! I was referred to Derek by a B&C I could not afford for my mother but was so discouraged that I did not call him. But to my surprise he called me the next day after obtaining my my name snd phone# from the unaffordable B&C.
