Jade is genuinely amazing. My pomeranian mix can get a little anxious when left with strangers (he hates the groomer), but he had an amazing time with jade and came out with perfectly clean teeth. He had symptoms of gingivitis and I was worried he would need further treatment after toof, but it went away in a weeks time. Highly recommend toof and we will definitely be back!

Jade was amazing with my 5 year old cavoodle, Bentley! I didn't know how he would go with the swaddling as he can be a wriggly boy but low and behold, I had a photo update with him looking like the happiest little burrito! He was done within the hour and came out with pearly whites! Can absolutely recommend 150%. The communication and service was amazing and the aftercare product recs were so appreciated ✨️

We had an awesome experience with Toof Petcare! 🐾We were a little reluctant at first, especially when it came to trusting someone with our two Dachshunds, but Jade was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, she was caring, welcoming and genuinely took the time to make our dogs felt comfortable.Jade was very thorough with her explanations and made sure we understood everything throughout the process. You could tell she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after, and that gave us a lot of confidence. The photos honestly don’t do justice to the amazing work Jade did — we were so impressed with the results! We’re so glad we chose Jade from Toof Petcare and would definitely recommend Jade to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about their pets. ❤️🐶🐶

Jade is amazing! I was looking for a way to have my 9 yr old yorkie’s teeth cleaned without having to put him under anesthetic (again). I found Toof (on Instagram) and booked him in, but was prepared for the call to say he wouldn’t let her clean them. Instead, I received updates the whole way through the appointment and picked up my baby with sparkling white teeth!! He was cuddling Jade and licking her and was so happy (so was I!). Highly recommend! Thanks so much, Jade!

Jade is kind, considerate and absolutely gifted! Her patience, attention and love for all animals is apparent, providing absolute confidence in her care. She maintained regular updates during the process and shared some happy snaps. The most beautiful, non-invasive process for anxious dogs and provided ongoing advice on how to maintain health for my beloved puppy! Highly recommend!

We had Islay’s teeth cleaned by Jade at Toof and couldn’t be happier with the experience!Islay is super anxious and absolutely hates going to the vet, so I was a little nervous about how she’d go. Jade was so lovely and patient with her, taking the time to make her feel relaxed and comfortable before starting. Once Islay had settled, Jade worked with her so calmly and gently and did an amazing job cleaning her teeth. They were pretty gross beforehand, and they came up SO beautifully! The whole appointment was done in about an hour, and the best part was that Islay’s tail was still wagging by the end of it — which is honestly unheard of after a teeth clean!Jade is clearly wonderful with dogs and genuinely loves every dog that walks through the door. We also really appreciated all the recommendations and advice on keeping Islay’s teeth healthy going forward.Would 100% recommend Toof for an easy, stress-free doggy dental visit. Thanks so much, Jade! ❤️

Jade was exceptional looking after our schnauzer teeth care. Our dog is almost 10yr and we didn't want to put her under anesthesia to clean her teeth and luckily found Jade to restore her dental health. Jade was very gentle with our dog and the process was quick and stress free. My dog has fresh breath and beautiful white teeth!! Highly recommend Jade Toof Petcare for anyone looking to get their dog's dental health improved.

Jade took amazing care of my nervous dog, and made the experience super easy for both of us! Seeing the transformation from the clean itself is incredible too - could not recommend Toof more highly!

Couldn’t recommend Jade at Toof Pet Care enough! 🐶❤️ She was so friendly, kind and clearly has such a genuine love for dogs. Franklin’s teeth look amazing, and I’m so happy he didn’t need to go under anaesthetic like the vet had recommended. It was also a fraction of the price I was quoted by the vet! Jade was absolutely wonderful with him, and we’ll definitely be back 🥰🐾

Jade at Toof Petcare is beyond incredible. 💚When I first came across Toof Petcare, I couldn’t believe all the 5-star reviews… but now I completely understand why!I’ve never felt at ease leaving Jasper with someone I didn’t know, but from the moment I met Jade, she made me feel that he was completely safe in her care. She understood how much trust I was placing in her, and the kindness and care she showed not only Jasper, but me as well, was honestly something special.Jade is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and genuinely one of the most caring people I’ve ever met.And the results were amazing! Jasper’s teeth are absolutely sparkling, his stinky breath is GONE, and he was completely himself afterwards. 🦷✨Jade sent me photos and updates throughout his appointment, knowing how much it would reassure me to see that my little man was doing well. That extra level of care meant more to me than I can put into words.I wouldn’t trust Jasper’s teeth with anyone else now, and knowing we have this option means I don’t intend to put him through a general anaesthetic just for a routine clean again.Jade is an absolute gem 💎 and I’m so grateful we found her. I’ll definitely be returning to Toof Petcare for Jasper’s future dental care. 🧡

Jade did an amazing job with our two mini schnauzers who are very anxious and don’t like strangers, but Jade won them over! They hadn’t had their teeth cleaned before and now they look great. So glad we found Jade and her anaesthesia-free dental service.

Jade was outstanding in cleaning our 11 year old maltipoo’s teeth. He’s not able to go under anaesthesia so it was a blessing that Jade came to the Gold Coast! 🤍

Brought my dog in for teeth cleaning with Jade at Toof Petcare and I, and my dog, couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jade was gentle and kind and very knowledgeable, obviously clearly experienced and my dog “Boo” settled immediately. The cleaning was very thorough and she no longer has any visible tartar and her breath is so much better. Jade gave me tips on how to keep her teeth clean at home the pricing was fair and I would Highly recommend Toof Petcare. 5 stars. 💕

We took our energetic Aussie Shepherd to Jade. Jade was so patient and loving with him and did a better job than we could have ever imagined with his teeth! You can tell Jade really cares for all her fluffy clients. Grateful to have a very non-smelly breath in our face, and more importantly a healthy dog with tips how to maintain his oral hygiene!

So very happy with Jade's work cleaning our cavoodle's teeth, very glad we could avoid anaesthesia for my 9 year old pup with a medical condition. A clean was well overdue for Lego, but she was not judgemental at all and gave some useful, easy maintenance tips. He was not in any pain or discomfort afterwards. Thank you so much, Jade!

I took my small girl to Jade, I saw her ads on instagram after I had just been quoted by my vet 1300 to put her to sleep and get her teeth cleaned. It was a quick process to book, on the day Jade was so nice and you can really tell that she loves them puppies. My girl’s teeth are so clean afterwards and she gives oral health suggestions to keep her teeth staying clean. Highly recommended

At nearly 12 years old and with terrible tooth plaque (and a heart condition) it was too risky to put our Teddy under anaesthesia - and then an ad popped up on my socials for Toof Petcare. After an initial call and chat with Jade we booked Teddy in for a clean. Best decision ever! Jade was amazing. She explained what the procedure was and after whisking Teddy away sent us a text with photos within the first 15 minutes to let us know that Teddy was doing great and totally relaxed. A few more photos followed keeping us updated and then before and after photos at the end. We picked him up just over an hour later. He was happy and not in the least bit stressed and of course his teeth looked great. Oral health is so important not just for humans and we had neglected Teddy’s teeth for too long - thank you Jade for the excellent service you provide and the genuine care and attention you showed Teddy.

I couldn’t be more happy with this service. Jade was so warm and affectionate with my dog, who had never had this done before, and she did an amazing job at the clean - his teeth were spotless afterwards. I highly recommend.

Jade was fantastic with my 13-year-old cavoodle, ensuring he was calm and relaxed throughout the entire treatment. She understands that paw parents can feel a little anxious handing over their pets and kept me updated on his progress throughout, which was very reassuring. I was thrilled with the final results—his teeth look amazing! So glad I chose an anaesthetic-free teeth cleaning treatment. Highly recommend!

Jade did a really amazing job on Genji’s teeth - highly recommended. I was reluctant for Genji to undergo teeth cleaning at the vet as they would put him under general anaesthesia. Jade provided same level of treatment without stress or risk and explained all steps in detail and provided clinical notes to help with an ongoing dental routine.

Jade is incredible, from her beautiful energy to her absolute passion for what she does. I felt so safe leaving my 12 yro chi with her. Her teeth were absolutely spotless after her clean, even better than what the vet had done. So happy I found an anesthesia free alternative to keep my fur babies teeth clean ❤️
