As of now, I would give this contractor 5 stars.He answered the phone promptly, evaluated the project based on photos and technical information, provided an estimate, and clearly explained the scope of work and expected results. He addressed all of my questions and concerns and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. He was also willing to negotiate the estimate.The project was scheduled quickly, and he arrived on time and fully prepared. He performed the work himself rather than sending workers and leaving for another job site. The workmanship was neat and professional, with no issues. Before completing any part of the installation, he verified that it would work properly. Everything was completed according to what I had researched and discussed with him beforehand.The job included a 10-year warranty, 2 years of labor coverage, two maintenance services, and a city permit.Based on my experience so far, I am very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism.
