Dear Troy,I have often wondered as Bob and I wind down our businesses if it’s still necessary to have your ongoing support services. Boy was I wrong!!!!! With all of Bob’s email issues and the entanglements with GoDaddy Alex has remained steadfast and present in our support. The way that GoDaddy tries to upsell when there’s any difficulty is really difficult to handle. Are they offering this because I need it or because they want to see it to me? Alex was able to cut through everything and take care of it all. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate his support . My Mom has been with this operation since "God was a pup". Lol. She pays for backing up her system and tech support on her computer. Troy and the other techs are very helpful and professional. Being my Mom is hearing impaired communicates by email mostly. I may have to call on my Mom's behalf every now and then.The only ding here is the third party billing system they are using. It needs help as my Mom is on auto pay and she was surprised to get an invoice for $55 "payable upon receipt". I called Troy who investigated the situation and stated Mom should disregard the invoice.Overall, my Mom loves the service and will stick with them until her last day on earth or when this business goes belly up which ever happens first.
