Van went above and beyond the duties of a realtor. He was knowledgeable on the neighborhood and the value of the properties and he was very responsive. But where he really went above and beyond for me is that he helped me get a difficult tenant moved out which was required for me to sell the property and even found a new rental property for that tenant. I would definitely recommend working with Van if you're looking to buy or sell real estate.
