Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also took the time to explain the process of diagnosing the repair and how they would be able to fix the problem. From the initial phone call I made the problem was fixed that same day. They communicated with me by phone or text every step of the way and were knowable about the work done. I am beyond being blessed in being guided to first financial assistance that is available for seniors 62+ that are in need of emergency or urgent repairs on their septic system. It is offered by a USDA grant. I worked with a great staff member, Samantha Murphy. She did an amazing job in getting all the paperwork l needed to get to her, then processed my case fairly quickly.The second blessing came with a little work in getting multiple estimates on what was needed to get my system up and running correctly. Now l will be honest my system was not only considered old being 20+ years old, but also in great need of repairs, mostly due to my not being aware or taught more about what was all needed to maintain the system. Also l made bad decisions in that l listened to people who claimed to know what to do, but did not.While having 3 different companies come out for estimates, is when l met Travis with T.E.R. Septic Site and Utilities Company. All l can say is that Travis is very patient and through in explaining each part of the system that was either not working, or failing, or aged to where it needed to be replaced. He also explained how fire ants had damaged most of the electronics portion of the system, plus they had a nest in one of my tanks too. Travis stood out from the other companies without a doubt.After working with my representative with the USDA in about 5 months my grant was approved. Once the grant was approved, l connected Samantha Murphy and Travis to get the final documents done and in Samantha's hands. After that within less than a week Travis called to set up the dates for the work to be done. They completed the entire job in two days. As of yesterday July 16, 2025, my septic system is upgraded electric components, tanks, drain lines and sprayers, and l might have missed some other parts of the system, but it done. My septic system is completely repaired and rebuilt, running correctly now.Travis, Kyle/foreman, Edgar Sr., Edgar Jr., and two other crew men stayed in communication with me all along the way. They did the work professionally, quick and efficiently, also did a great clean up of the entire work site, including any trash they created. One other staff member, Leslie, from their office also did amazing in communication, and always kept me informed.I would highly recommend this company and crew to anyone with any level of work needed on your septic system.

Have used TER Septic for many years and refer them to all of my clients and builders. They do great Septic, Aerobic, concrete, and utility work!! Thankfully, they offer monthly maintenance as well and this is what sets them apart! They also service grease traps for my restaurant owners!!
