Very prompt service provided by Badger Heating and Cooling to service our furnace in winter. Repair personnel dispatched immediately and arrived within 15 minutes. Mitch quickly assessed the issue which was a faulty heat exchanger and was able to immediately obtain parts and install. Excellent service, very personable and knowledgeable. He kept us apprised the entire time and was very pleasant and kind. He quickly answered all questions posed demonstrating great knowledge of the product. Thank you team Badger!

We were already impressed with Badger Heating & Air Conditioning when they came out to service our a/c unit the past 3 years. The team that came out to replace our boiler exceeded even our already high opinion of the service received by Badger. Thomas, Milo (sp), and David were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They worked well together and with us when troubleshooting problems as they arose during the install going above and beyond standard expectations. I called Badger to look at a leak in my furnace and they were flexible with scheduling appointments and they came on time and did a good job. I like that they schedule specific times, not AM or PM.

Mitch came out when he said he would. Diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts needed to fix the problem. When he got the parts he came back to do the repair.Very personable, polite and punctual.I would strongly recommend Badger and Mitch for any heating or cooling issues
