Older air conditioner that broke prior to sale of my home. I asked to have it repaired and refilled. Problem back after a month. Editing review because I found out they just put in some stop leak, dye, and then recharged. I ended up replacing the air conditioner days before closing as I did not want new owner to have to deal with the problem.

Our a/c quit. We just moved back here part time. Called a few different places, the only one that returned our call was Badger. They came out the same day and fixed it. We'll use Badger for our heating and cooling needs from now on. I realize not everyone can come out quickly if they are booked up but they can at least return a phone call.

My central air unit wasn’t keeping up with the temps outside. So this morning I called at 730am and tried to schedule an appointment to have the system checked and have it possibly recharged filled with refrigerant. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. She kept trying to upsell us on a new central air unit. I said no I just wanted it recharged. After I said no then they weren’t able to schedule an appointment for today. I called Chet’s. They came to my house by noon recharged my system and it is working great. I understand a busy work schedule and having to make an appointment but not having time because I didn’t want to get a new central air unit. You lost business today.

We've been working with Badger Heating & A/C since 2014. Most of the service is just routine maintenance type calls, in the Spring to check the A/C for the season, in the Fall to check the furnace to make sure it's ready. Badger has always been easy to schedule with, and the technicians that have been out are on time and very professional throughout their visits. I will continue to recommend them.

The service man was very polite. I know every service man is not real familiar with Geothermal units and I take that into consideration. The service man did try to figure out what part was acting up even though it could not be fixed at this time.
