This was the second time in the last few weeks that Nick has visited our home for repairs after a lighting strike! Not only is he professional he’s knowledgeable and efficient. I will 100 percent be using this company again and requesting Nick in the event that I need future services provided.

They did exactly what was needed and were in and out in under an hour. That was the positive. The only negative was the cost. Over $500 for 54 mins of onsite time was a tad more than I expected. $267 for the first 30 mins, I get because of the trip charge being built in, but I would have expected that next 30 mins to be at a lower rate . In the end, professional work and I would use them again, but I would ask more details on the time charge to make sure you know exactly what you are signing up for.
