Had an urgent plumbing issue in the middle of the night and Will came out incredibly quickly. He found the problem straight away, explained what was going on and had it sorted efficiently without charging me an arm and a leg for an after-hours call-out. Really professional, reliable and easy to deal with. It’s hard enough finding a good plumber, let alone one who’ll actually answer the phone at that hour and not take advantage of the situation. Would definitely recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

Very impressed with The Unblock Doc team, they assessed the drainage issue with a camera and then decided how to fix the issue based on what was causing the blockage, whereas the other plumbers just quoted me to water blast the blockage 🙉. Will was prompt, competitive on price, and completed the job whilst explaining each stage of the process. He came out to do the job late on a Saturday at normal rates. Would highly recommend Will for your drainage issues.

I had problems with my electric hot water service. The electrian confirmed it required a plumber, I call the plumber, “the unblock doc” he went over and above to ensure that I had hot water that evening, he actually cared.I was so pleased as I have had issues in the past with bad tradesman but I would definitely recommend this plumber to all.
