Kauffman contracts with overseas call centers. These people call all day long, from fake numbers, regardless of the do not call list. I was connected to Kauffman and asked "Lori" to stop calling me. She was very rude, said they don't call, and hung up on me. Don't do business with this company unless you want your phone to ring non stop!!

Please be very careful when dealing with Kauffman Insurance and their agents.My daughter was removed from our Marketplace health insurance without any notice or warning. I only found out when we were already at the emergency room and were told she was not covered. That is an unacceptable situation for any parent.After this happened, I tried multiple times to contact them for help and clarification. Calls were not returned, and when the issue became complicated, it felt like there was no support or accountability.Because of the lack of communication, I am now dealing with an unexpected emergency room bill that could have been avoided with proper notice and basic customer care.This was my personal experience, but based on it, I strongly advise anyone dealing with Kauffman Insurance to be cautious and to constantly verify their coverage rather than assuming they will be informed of important changes.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Agent Anayah Saintel today. She was so helpful and patient with me on getting my policy changed & reinstated. My former policy wasn't quite right for me and she did a fine job of helping me make an informed decision. She did everything perfectly! I was able to get a better policy. She contacted the marketplace on my behalf to get authorization for the proper forms needed. I've had great experiences with everyone I have spoken with at Kauffman Ins.
