The service was fast, and the Keith was very knowledgeable! They came timely and had automated text messages of their arrival. He checked out our dryer as well. Will go with them again for our next service in a year!

I had my dryer cleaned today by Keith a very nice young man who explained what he was doing and what needed to be replaced I wanted the hose replaced which he did and cleaned the dryer inside the home an the outside vent I will use them again and you should call them if you need your dryer cleaned

I called and spoke to Mike about condensation building in my dryer vent line. I set up an appt for Mike to come out and take a look. He said hey send me some pics so we can see what’s going on. Mike called me and proceeded to provide me instructions over the phone on what to do and how to rectify the problem. Just did my first load of clothes post my phone tech support from Mike and absolutely NO condensation!! Considering I paid another company to put the vent line in I was a bit frustrated it wasn’t working properly but Mike went above and beyond to help me and he absolutely refused to take any money from me. I highly recommend Mike and Dryer Vent of SJ! He genuinely was just trying to help me!! Thanks again Mike!!
