I recently had the opportunity to work with Troy in my role as the selling agent.I could tell from our first interaction Troy was very thorough, was a tough negotiator and went to extreme lengths to make sure his buyers conditions were met.I’ve met a ton of buyers agents over the course of my career, Troy stood out, not only is he one of the few who physically inspects properties (which should be a bare minimum in his industry) he clearly looked out for his clients from the start to finish, was thorough in his questioning and negotiating. travelling an hour away to inspect the property and assessing the potential the home had to offer.
