The entire process was flawless. The impressive part of the experience was the professionalism started with the salesman who identified the windows with problems and went further to discuss repair the outside window area and fixing that even though the windows didn’t need replacing. He just realized that it was done poorly and his team could not only repair but enhance the overall look of all windows and ultimately the home. He did not lie. Wow! Then the installation team was prompt courteous and respectful of property. No left over debris. They worked non stop to ensure everything was complete and walked me through explaining what was done and making sure I was satisfied before leaving m. Needless to say I highly recommend.

Awesome! I had 13 windows replaced in my home. The team came out and worked nonstop into the night, while working in the rain. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied before they left. A professional job well done.

I had several quotes from several different window companies big and small. Mr premium window beat them all with an upgraded much better window. We had 22 windows replaced and the install crew did an excellent job. All windows was replaced in 1 day. I would definitely recommend Mr premium window if you’re looking to replace old windows.

So I had Mr.Premium Windows come out and install three large sliders and one picture window. WOW, what a job they did. The windows are super heavy and super sturdy, more than I have ever seen. The crew ( Ryan and Juliano ) really knew what they were doing and were extremely meticulous in their work. They were there all day with no breaks at all. They really did a bang up job. And the trim on the windows and the screen capabilities were outstanding.I would recommend Mr. premium Windows to anyone. Trust me, you will be satisfied.I did this review on my own without any pushing or prodding g from the company. That is how satisfied I was with their work.Satisfied Mr. Premium Window Customer

Marcio and his team were transparent with the process and provided detailed information about the products and installation. The install team were quick and responsive to any concerns I had. Marcio went above and beyond for me from the beginning, not to just get my business but to make sure I understood everything and he understood my expectations and delivered. I recommend them anyone I know that needs their products and services.
