In that short time, I’ve gained so much knowledge about my body, what it needs, and how to build a stronger, healthier version of myself.Ruby is my trainer, and she is simply fantastic. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and knows exactly how to tailor each workout to my individual goals. She is incredibly supportive and encouraging and has helped me make real, noticeable progress. Before joining, I had never done strength training, so I was naturally intimidated at first. Ruby quickly eased that anxiety - helping me feel comfortable with the equipment, focusing on proper form, and building my confidence with weights. She has been, and continues to be, everything you’d hope for in a professional trainer. I genuinely look forward to continuing my fitness journey with her.I also worked with Gina as my nutritionist during the Kickstarter program, and she was exactly what I needed to get back on track. She guided me in how to fuel my body—not just for a healthier lifestyle, but to support my strength training and see results.
