I came to tour the gym very nervous, but as soon as I walked in Coach Morgan was very welcoming. She gave me all the info and showed me all what they have to offer. She was very encouraging and let me know I’d fit right in. The classes are amazing! They offer a variety which I LOVE! I’m also a beginner, so any movement I wasn’t doing well they quickly helped me correct it. I just started this gym, but it has really boosted my confidence. I definitely recommend anyone who is interested.

So glad to have found Morgan! I have been training (PT) with her for awhile now and she focuses on function but more importantly she listens! If I have a goal or something I would like to change, she adapts. Highly recommend!

This is the first gym that made me feel comfortable and more confident in my fitness journey. In my past experiences at previous gyms, I had no idea how to do any workouts and never really felt supported. True Form is the complete opposite of my past negative experiences. They have really nice and supportive instructors who are really knowledgeable and help correct my form if I am doing it wrong. This gym also has a great group of regular members who are welcoming, encouraging, and non-judgmental to newbies like me. Overall, it’s a very positive environment with a great support system. My wife and I already feel like a part of this awesome community! It’s only been five months at this place, but I’ve learned so much about my fitness and improved on it during this stretch than the previous 30+ yr of my life.

My husband and I started going to this gym last year through class pass and we love it so much. Everyone is so welcoming and the instructors all are invested in giving you the best workout. I’m loving how challenging and variable each class is, so much that we canceled class pass and signed with their unlimited plan.

I’ve been going here for almost two years now and absolutely love it! The mix of HIIT, strength, and yoga keeps things fun and challenging. The coaches are super motivating, and the vibe is always positive and welcoming. Best gym community I’ve ever been part of 💪✨

Great gym and the trainers are even better. The classes are a great size and the trainers do their best to work with you and make sure that you are comfortable with all of the work outs. They helped me with my nutrition and helped me lose 30 pounds.

Love this gym! Had enough CrossFit after 3 years and an injury. Found this place and love the variety in classes - strength, cycling yoga, Pilates. Longer drive from my home but totally worth it!! Fantastic coaches and really nice fellow athletes. Found my for fitness home.

I LOVE this gym and its community of coaches and members. Going to classes is truly the highlight of my week because I’m able to do something for myself, for my health AND have a BLAST while doing it. What Morgan and the coaches have created at True Form Tomball is truly special and very much a safe space, that is equal parts motivating and uplifting! I am a lifer now! If you are looking for a place to thrive in while bettering your physical and mental health - you have found THE place!
