I give Dave a heartfelt five stars becausehe more than earned it. He came quickly after we called, he hadn't seen the house or really talked to us, but he came fully prepared to do business. All the papers, and even a sign, just in case. He may be a 1% agent but he gave a hundred percent to me and my family.Two hours after we signed the contract, our house was up on Zillow, he put the 7 photos on his camera right away and two days later 42 professional photos plus a fly over were posted, and they were nice.He sent weekly updates by email and in two weeks we had two offers, one was very good and in two more weeks we had the check in our hands. He told us they don't usually go so smooth as ours did, but I think that he sells himself a bit short.He was great in communicating, he was diligent, enthusiastic, and served us far beyond our expectations. I would recommend this agent to anybody, he is worth way more than the one percent he took. He's a gift from God.

David Corbitt (with 1% Lists) is one of the most professional realtors I have ever worked with. I have sold houses and lots with full priced realtors and they were not as responsive as David. David responds quickly to all calls, questions, or concerns. He arrived on time for a consultation and was ready with a contract and sign for the lawn to sell our property. That same day our listing was all over the internet with preliminary photos. A professional photographer came the next day and took more photos plus areal views. David provided email updates on how many people viewed our property. What a great experience. I'll never use another realtor again. What a professional!
