We had our garage floor done last week during extremely hot weather. Russ sent extra crew members so they could finish the job in good time. Russ was very helpful in our initial meeting and the estimate process. The crew members were friendly and professional. They worked very hard despite the heat and the floor looks great! We could not be more pleased with the way Garage Kings West Michigan transformed our pitted, cracked and stained eyesore of a garage floor into a clean, beautiful and durable surface. The whole process began when Russ came to our home with his very impressive showroom trailer, which provided a cool visual example of the finished product --an experience way better than just looking at some pictures in a brochure. He was extremely thorough in explaining Garage Kings' process (they use the much more durable polyurea base as opposed to epoxy). Russ was very informative, not high-pressure at all, and was forthright and honest while answering our questions. Installation day was an equally positive experience. Our crew, BJ, Troy, and Tony were great. They arrived at 8:30 am (when we were told they'd be here) and when they departed at 3:00 pm, we had a beautiful new garage floor! They did a great job -- very thorough and detailed. While they were here, all three guys were super friendly and eager to answer questions and/or explain what they were doing. We also really appreciated the time Troy took to thoroughly go over the timetables for walking on, placing objects back on, and finally driving on the new floor. He provided good care and cleaning advice as well. We highly recommend Garage Kings West Michigan and Russ and his team to anyone considering having their garage floor transformed. Great company!

The 4-layer flooring is beautiful, and the 24-gauge steel cabinets are heavy-duty, great looking and awesome!The cabinets have magnetic closings, and the drawers have a non-slip bottom so tools inside don’t slide around! The slatwall gives us extra space to hang our golf clubs and some tools.The Garage Kings team were always on time, professional and very friendly. They listened and handled all my side requests with an “of course we can” response. They have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau which helped me with my decision. We coordinated the project with Russ (the owner). Jeffrey and Troy were the installers and they were all great to work with. We had one wall lined with 24” cabinets, two other cabinets were installed in different places and we had a slat wall installed for more storage. They completed the project in a day. The owner came back the next day to do some tweaks and also offered to install the shelving units on the slat wall. There are also other hooks to use on the slat wall for hanging different items. The installation was very professional, the product is very sturdy and the cost was quite reasonable. We would definitely use this company again!!
