Great experience with Old South Trailers. We brought one of our work trailers in last week needing a new axle. While they had it, they inspected the rest of the trailer and found that the brakes and bearings on the other axle were also in pretty rough shape. They took the time to show me exactly what was damaged and explain what needed to be replaced.They had the parts in stock, got everything taken care of quickly, and made the whole process easy. As a business owner, having a trailer down means lost time, so getting it repaired properly and back on the road quickly was a huge help.Great communication, fast service, and good people to work with. We’ll definitely use Old South Trailers again and would highly recommend them.

If I can be honest, I was dreading to go shopping for a trailer for our golf cart because we do not have much knowledge on the trailers and don't like to deal with a pushy salesman But thank God, we were led to the Old South Trailers and a sales man, Jesse Avalos eased our mind right away with genuine kindness and he had a ton of knowledge.And Blake Wells going out of his way to deliver the trailer to our home is beyond our expectation !!We will definitely use this company again and will tell all our friends about them !

Recently had an issue with a boat trailer while traveling I-26 on a Friday afternoon. Called Old South Trailers from the road. They told me to come in and they would see if they could help. Had me back on the road, with a much safer trailers 2-hours later. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
