The Service team was very welcoming, friendly, and personable when I checked in for my service appointment. Throughout my visit, I had several questions and concerns, and they were quick to take the time to listen, address what was needed, and even anticipate potential future needs. I truly appreciated how willing everyone was to help and make sure I felt comfortable and informed.I was particularly impressed with Shawn, the Service Manager. He went above and beyond what I have experienced from service teams in the past. His knowledge, experience, and willingness to take the time to explain things thoroughly really stood out to me. He gave me confidence that I was in good hands and eased my mind knowing that I have someone I can reach out to in the future if questions or concerns come up.Overall, the level of customer service I received was exceptional. Shawn and the entire Service team made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and reassuring. Their professionalism, genuine care, and commitment to their customers definitely made a lasting impression.

The whole team at Metro did a fantastic job! I was in and out with the vehicle I wanted. Trade in process went smooth, purchase went smooth and everything in between was explained. The vehicle in which we had been interested had been sold, but we were shown an alternative vehicle which met our needs very well. We completed the purchase of a new vehicle in a reasonable time, and found all three staff members involved to be very knowledgeable and helpful in purchasing and acclimating us to the new vehicle.

I cannot describe how well I was treated during a recent service appointment. Daniel my service advisor greeted me by my first name new the reason for the appointment. I did buy from the dealership but with so many customers in and out everyday I didn't think names would be remembered.Daniel said service was busy so it could take an hour or an hour and a half. I said not a problem. My car was done in 50 minutes.Thank you Daniel and kudos to the service personnel.

Metro Kia of Madison is a great place to purchase a car.I had a pleasant experience with Jose, Mohammad and Brandon.They explained everything I needed to know and I am very happy with my purchase.
