I've had an excellant experience purchasing my 2025 Kia Sportage. When I arrived, they had the exact vehicle with the trim and options I wanted. They went over all the accessories and then we went for a test drive. We went in and wrapped up our financing. I was offered different add ons, which I declined. Drove my vehicle home. The purchase was easy. I highly recommend you do your research, know what you want, and then make the purchase.

HOPEFULLY PEOPLE SEE THIS!! I am posting this review to document my experience with Metro Kia of Madison.1. I traded in a 2016 Dodge Durango. After the trade-in, the dealership placed a 2018 model year sticker on that same vehicle!! The black Dodge Durango SXT in question is a 2016 model, not a 2018. Any prospective buyer should independently verify the VIN and model year before purchasing. Misrepresentation of a vehicle’s model year is a serious concern.2. It took over one month for the loan on my traded-in vehicle to be paid off. Metro Kia of Madison chose to mail the payoff check to my previous lender, resulting in continued financial responsibility on a vehicle that was no longer in my possession. During this time, I attempted to contact the dealership for clarification and assistance but did not receive timely responses.3. I reported mechanical issues with the vehicle I purchased from Metro Kia within the first month of ownership. Despite notifying the dealership promptly, I was informed that because the vehicle passed their internal inspection, no repairs would be made, regardless of the issues reported. Will not do business with metro Kia of Madison in the future.

Can't say enough about this team. I have been looking for a specific car for awhile. I live out state, so buying a car sight unseen can be stressful. Jacob went out of his way to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. He worked on my schedule and made things extremely easy for me.
