My vehicle was towed in on a Wednesday morning during a road trip. While the service adviser did not pick up when I called to let them know I was coming. I later found out it was because he was in a meeting. When I arrived, the staff was very helpful and despite being very busy I was able to get back on the road later that night! I was very grateful that the whole staff stayed a few minutes past closing to get my vehicle done. Thank you especially to Daniel, the service advisor. he even personally vacuumed the car himself at the end of my service! Although I don't live in the area and probably won't be back, I would recommend Metro Kia for service to anyone who does live in the area.

I had a great experience with Metro Kia! I worked with Mark on my first visit, who was very patient with me and understanding about my wish list, trying out a few different vehicles, and answering my questions. I felt zero pressure and got a lot of great information. I came back to purchase my vehicle and worked with Jose (Mark knew he wouldn't be in and had Jose filled in on everything we had talked about previously). He was great at getting everything going quickly so there wasn't any waiting around. When my car wasn't ready for delivery before I had to go to work, he took the time to drive it to my workplace later that day to deliver the vehicle personally. Talk about above and beyond! Highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
