The classes and coaches are excellent. They adapt everything as needed to take account of fitness levels, and any injuries or weaknesses, whilst pushing you to do more than you thought you were capable of.My health and fitness have improved measurably in just a couple of months, and the camaraderie makes it fun too.

I checked out this gym over the summer and had an incredible experience. The coaches are top-tier, super supportive, knowledgeable, and always focused on helping you lock down your form while pushing you to do your best. Great equipment, an amazing community, and workouts that are easy to scale for any fitness level. Highly recommend!

Peter, the owner, is very supportive the day you step in the door, to each and every workout you complete with ALL of the amazing coaches! The staff makes you feel seen and heard, and works with your goals appropriately so you can achieve each workout max effort! No gym-timidation here, it’s a family here! 💪🏼

I wish I could give it an infinite amount of stars! I just became an official member last week and finished my 28-day trial, and I am very blessed! The workouts are challenging, and doable, the coaching staff and members have been like a family, and I look forward to coming each week! (Shoutout to my uncle who is a member).They scale your workout if you need it and if you can exceed it they challenge it! Wanting to go into law enforcement in the next two years so I am thankful for a place helping me get in shape and achieve my goal

I look forward to each session! It’s tough (because I’m new to CrossFit), but so worth it!! The instructors are great (and patient) and they let you work at your own pace! This is a great investment for your health!!

I wasn’t really into CrossFit until I tried it for the first time about few months ago. CrossFit coordinate has given me the motivation to go back to working out. All of the coaches are very nice, Peter shows he cares about everyone and is always looking for ways to help people achieve their goals.
