Terry and his team were able to haul an entire NordicTrack elliptical machine from the second story into the basement in under 15 minutes. That is a 215 pound elliptical machine, wrapped for hauling, and carried down 28 stairs, through multiple door frames without so much as a scuff on the floor. This was short notice too. I called late morning and they were able to fit us in that afternoon. In every regard he exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to use their service again. They got it moved out of our garage, through the snow, opened and unpacked it, assembled it, got it up and running, and removed the old--also very heavy--equipment. LIFESAVER! No other way to say it! I was literally in the middle of moving furniture between rooms when I had to admit that I simply could not move the largest item, a 2-piece hutch/china cabinet. Having a family of men with bad backs I was stuck! So…at the end of a long day I went to the computer and found Thumbtack. I submitted my needs and I was given a list including several companies. I sent messages to a few and am so glad Perfection Moving Company was one of them. Even though it was long past regular business hours they responded in a very short period of time. I was quoted a (more than) fair price and promised that they would be out before 3:30 the next day. Perfection called and came out earlier than promised. Not only did 2 very strong men carefully move my hutch, they offered to and fixed the door that had been broken for years! Perfection Movers was able to fit me into there tight schedule. They had moved my recording studio equipment to my new studio/office. They handled my equipment with great respect. When your moving $10,000 mixing boards, speakers, and my piano ,etc; of course you would be concerned, but they handled my equipment like champions. Covering all equipment with blankets, and shrink wrapping the necessary equipment. Made me feel a lot better. Moving pianos is no joke, probably the heaviest thing you could move...they used dolly's and made it look easy. I own a Steinway and they are not cheap.
