Terry and his team were able to haul an entire NordicTrack elliptical machine from the second story into the basement in under 15 minutes. That is a 215 pound elliptical machine, wrapped for hauling, and carried down 28 stairs, through multiple door frames without so much as a scuff on the floor. This was short notice too. I called late morning and they were able to fit us in that afternoon. In every regard he exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to use their service again. Day of the move he arrived with two young gentleman in tow and I was amazed at how quickly my hastily packed house was carefully packed - as if with ease. I could tell Terry is a professional of many years and appreciated the time he took to explain to me how to care for my items, or why they needed special care. They continued to work late into the day, and even offered to come back to help another day , the near weekend day even, due to my unfinished state. Once it was over I felt like I had been hanging out with friends all day, which is important for someone you have handling your home. Everything was moved into place with care and nothing was damaged despite the high amount of pressed wood (cheap) items I own.
