Joe made the entire trip fun and informative. He kept us all safe but still gave us the thrill of going off road.We went out past Bear Mountain and got to see some great views of it and the valley. I will say I was a skeptic at first, my wife signed us up and I’m more the science type vs the spiritual type. Joe was super friendly and energetic which kept me interested from the beginning. He did admit it wouldn’t be a spiritual journey but more of a factual experience with possible individual spiritual encounters. We are from Canada so we are not knowledgeable on the flora and fauna of the area, Joe was excellent in his explanations of all the rock formations and plant life around us. It was a science class for me yet he was also very thorough on local native traditions and beliefs. We did experience the energy of the area and absorbed a ton of knowledge. I am no longer a skeptic on the energy in the Sedona area and was very impressed with the tour. I would strongly recommend this tour for both spiritual and science oriented folks. Rim Run SafariAfter going on the Outlaw Trail tour with JC, my husband and I chose to go on this tour. Lee was our guide and was extremely informative. This ride is bumpier than the Outlaw Trail but not too wild for this grandmother:). The Safari Jeep tour to the Seven Canyons was fantastic! We took the 4:30 tour with Lea as our guide, she's awesome. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and entertaining, a great personality for this job! Besides, she drove responsible, not too rough through the riverbed, plus stopping for foto opps and potty breaks. The 4:30 tour includes the golden hour, as the sun begins to set the red rocks light up, just beautiful. There was a total of eight in our group and everyone interacted, had fun and laughted a lot! We had a fantastic time on our Rim Run jeep tour. Doc was a great driver and guide, providing us with fascinating details of the area, geography, and vegetation.Certainly not a trail that I would want to try to drive myself, even with an off road jeep. The Safari Gladiator jeep vehicle was solid, with amply padded seats, back rests, and seat belts to keep you from bouncing around on the rocky, bumpy, trail. Doc handled it very well and we were quite comfortable.The sights were incredible - some thing that you have to experience, photos do not adequately capture the views. Less

My friends came to visit me recently and I was able to play tourist for a weekend. My goodness-when people say the Jeep tours are awesome and worth it they were not kidding. We had such a blast! We opted for the longer Rim Run tour and we had Carmine as our guide. It was rated ‘wild’, meaning it was in the bumpiest category, but I didn’t find it too aggressive at all, just a lot of fun! Carmine was a wonderful guide-knowledgeable, professional, and funny, and i really appreciated his knowledge of the flora, fauna, and general history of Sedona. I did the Diamond Back lika a crazy person. Absolutely an amazing adventure. Very entertaining and knowledgeable tour guide. FYI Do not eat or drink within 2 hrs of departure. He took the time to explain that this tour was for experienced hikers and we were not prepared for such a hike. He took us on a private tour and explained that we could walk into the coconino national park on our own. Took us to this park explaining the importance of all the aspects of the desert. Despite the rough road, these jeeps make it seem like you are riding in a Cadillac. Amazing tour of Seven Canyons with Cowboy Bob as our guide! Our 12-year-old niece was looking for adventure and my husband and I enjoy hiking, exploring and learning about Sedona, so it was the perfect combination of adventure and learning about new places to discover in the area. There was a light rain during our tour, so it allowed us to see the beautiful scenery in a different way than we'd experienced before since hiking in the rain in Sedona can be slippery and messy. Can't wait to come back to try another tour with Cowboy Bob! Less

This jeep tour was amazing! I had cow boy Bob and he was awesome! The ride was a blast and it was great bonding time for me and my family!it was just the three of us and we chose the one with the most bumps and hills and it was also raining the whole time, but the rain and cold added a fun touch to it and it couldn’t of been better!! He also offered us raincoats and thick blankets! They also have heaters to keep you nice and warm while you are driving! Bob also showed us All of the mountains around us and told us a lot of things that I never knew before about Sedona! This was definitely a five stare experience and definitely worth the money!! Less
