Alex was incredibly helpful to my husband and I when we needed to last minute rent a trailer with a winch to bring home a vehicle with a blown transmission hours away. He made himself easy to communicate with, easy to work with, and easily available to exchange the trailer before and after use. Not only all of that, but he also was happy to provide any and all of the typical equipment to make our hauling experience easier. I had already packed all my own straps and anchors, but ended up using his because they are extremely nice and well taken care of. Have no complaints to my experience, and would highly recommend Alex and his equipment. Will use again if ever necessary.
