Stephen and his crew were fabulous. They were all very professional and did their work very safely. They are pros and removed three nuisance trees that were all hanging over our roof and house, plus trimmed three others. They are pros with their bucket truck and had no problem moving all their huge equipment on our narrow streets. We can highly recommend High Up for their services and their reasonable costs. They were responsive and showed up when they said they would, and they hauled away and cleaned up all the tree debris. We will definitely call them next spring for more tree trimming.

I had a 10 out of 10 service experience that I want the people living in or around Livingston, TX to know about. We had a bass tree that was leaning towards our home. It went from a 60 degree angle to a 45 degree and ridiculously fast. On a Sunday, I made an inquiry on High Up Tree service via their contact us page. Steven immediately called me and came out to see if we were in any immediate danger. He assessed and said he would come out as soon as he could, but not later than Thursday. He called me today, Monday, and said he could come out in the afternoon as his schedule opened up. I wasn't home but my Mother in Law was. They did an absolutely WONDERFUL job. Respectful and professional, my MIL couldn't stop raving about them. And, get this, they did it for a great price. They blew the saw dust and leaf litter onto a tarp and took it away with the tree. BEST IN CLASS!!Thank you Steven, and all of your wonderful co-workers at High Up Tree Service!
