Hands down the best gym I have ever been apart of! All of the coaches and other athletes are so encouraging and helpful! I have been apart of other gyms such as kickboxing, HIIT workout groups, The Y, yoga classes, etc and nothing compares to Iron Tribe! I can confidently say I will be a lifetime member!!

I woke up on my 55th birthday and decided something had to change. Age and weight gain had made it difficult to do the things I enjoyed doing. The same week I saw the Iron Tribe Fitness Challenge on Facebook. I made the commitment to change my life. I highly recommend ITF. If you are looking for something to help you, push you, and motivate you this is your place. All the coaches are amazing. They help make sure you are doing things the right way with proper form. If you have injuries that prevent certain movements they have other ways for you and to do them. Everyone there becomes the tribe all pulling for similar goals, and cheering each other along the way. The tribe has brought me back to feeling like myself again after having my last child. I highly recommend the tribe A+ all the way.

When I decided to take the 6 weeks challenge with ITF, it felt like too hard to achieve but after following all the instructions - meal plans, workouts etc. I realized that 6 weeks are definitely enough to make a positive change in your body. ITF staff is very friendly and motivating. The coaches at ITF are all awesome. They push you without acting like military bootcamp instructors. They break down and explain all the workouts each day and correct your form to prevent injury and improve your results. The other members around you are great at pushing you to be better, stronger, and faster. You really do feel like you're apart of a tribe and family.
