I arranged for my aunt to be transported from a skilled nursing facility to a doctor's appointment. She is wheelchair bound and needed to have a companion accompany her. As an out of town family member having to trust a service to do this for the first time, I was nervous. However, James was on time, picked her up, assisted her and returned her back directly after the appointment. The price paid was as quoted and my aunt thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. We will be using Medizoom again for all her transport and assistance needs!

The care and services provided to us by Medi Zoom have been truly exemplary! We have engaged Medi Zoom many times to provide rides for my disabled daughter to her medical appointments. My daughter has been extremely comfortable during the rides and has been treated very well by James, who has been her driver. The entire process from booking the rides to the service itself to paying after the rides are completed has been easy to navigate and pleasant. Medi Zoom personnel are professional, skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate, highly efficient and courteous. Their fees are reasonable and I highly recommend them for anybody who needs this type of service.

5 stars are not enough for MediZoom. Absolutely top notch service start to finish. Easy booking, superb administration, VERY flexible with scheduling, spotless vehicle. I used them for post outpatient surgery ride service home from St John’s Hospital Oxnard. Owner James was my main point of contact from initial booking through the ride home. Delighted to have a fellow veteran at the helm of this business. The recovery staff at St John’s were gushing with praise as well. I overheard conversation among staff praising MediZoom as the nicest, easiest, friendliest, and most professional service they have ever dealt with. My discharge nurse actually took several business cards from James when he picked me up, for future use by the Hospital. Simply outstanding all around.

James and team were fantastic to work with. On the day of my Dad’s long distance transport, James kept in touch with me both prior and during transport. He kept me updated on how my Dad was doing throughout the trip. I had a great experience working with MediZoom. I’ll definitely use their services again when needed.
