Was able to participate with this squad for Murph 2021!!! Outstanding experience and GREAT culture. Visiting Myrtle Beach for the week with family. John was very accommodating and welcoming! This box is ideal for any CrossFit enthusiast looking for a great culture or visiting Myrtle Beach. The pricing is perfect for days drop in or a weeks drop in if you’re traveling. This box was recommended to me by several friends. They spoke very highly of this box. I joined and I have not been disappointed. I get a hard, quality workout every time I go and it’s scaled down to my level so that I’m actually able to participate. All the coaches and other members are very encouraging. I was not “ready” to join a box but to be honest the only way to be ready for crossfit is to just do it. Two thumbs up!

This gym is 10 minutes further away for me than other Crossfit gyms. However, I choose to go here because of the amazing coaching staff, programming, and quality of members. The coaches are mindful of injuries and modifications needed. They’ve trained me through my recent pregnancy until I was 34 weeks pregnant. My labor was only 5 hours long and I delivered my 10lb baby boy with two pushes. Enough said! Asperitas STRONG!

We were in Myrtle Beach for my sisters wedding so my boyfriend, brother and I decided to drop in at CF Asperitas. Mike was our coach and he was nice, attentive and encouraging during the challenging wod they had programmed for the day. This box will be my go to when I’m in town visiting family!
