Cincy 1st was very professional. They gave us a detailed bid in a timely manner. Their scheduling was quick and they were easy to reach for questions and concerns. We hired them for wallpaper installation. Initially, a portion of the wallpaper was hung incorrectly, but they made sure to reimburse us for the cost of the paper and corrected the error.

We had an excellent result! The work was done professionally and meticulously. They promised no damage to existing carpet or furnishings, and there was NONE. Estimated time was 3 days, and they finished in two. Workers were courteous and respectful. We plan to use them again. Our daughter recommended them, and she also plans to use them again. Very pleased!!
