Yesterday was the third time I've booked ORC to clean and treat our roof and clear the gutters. As always, they did a terrific job AND a first-class cleanup. They are professional and detail-oriented. If they see a roof problem, they'll let you know and fix it. Very nice people to deal with, and they do excellent work. I wouldn't call anyone else!

I hired ORC to do holiday light installation on a pretty large house. Jose and his team led by Omar did an AMAZING job. After Jose came out to measure and quote the job, Omar and his guys came a couple weeks later and were super prepared. They got the job done in a day, and it was perfection. No more dangling extension cords and misaligned lights. These guys are real pros and I recommend them 100%. Best part is I don't need to make a dozen trips to Home Depot and spend days going up and down a ladder this holiday season!

I am planning to have a new roof installed on my house. Got 5 different roof contractor bids, and I chose this company because of Jose's great customer service. He responded promptly, provided very detail information of the process and what this company will do. I can't say the same with the others companies I dealt with even though they had good rating on BBB. I got late responses, hand written hard to read bids; some didn't send quote as promised, customer service was mediocre from the start. Jose was very professional, took the time to explain the process and I selected him to do my roof. It is scheduled for a later date and I will follow up on how well of a job Jose's team will do. I thought giving this positive feedback might help others if you want great customer service. 5+

In March 2020, we needed a new roof. Oregon Roof Care returned my call for a estimate, very promptly. The next day or so, Jose (owner) came by and gave me a very fair bid. Every question I had was answered right away. I emailed him numerous times and he answered back right away. That was hugely rewarding that he was so considerate. Jose's team did a great job installing the new roof on our home. Hard working, punctual, friendly and tidy. Real pros. We are very satisfied. You will be too.

Jose and his team came to pressure wash our home, and driveway. I left while they were setting up, and came back to a super clean facade. Totally impressed with their work. They set up, and cleaned up after themselves without disturbing anything around our home. If you need some professional work done on your property, check them out. You won't be disappointed.

Jose and his team is AWESOME! We had our roof replaced recently and the experience was phenomenal. They provided excellent customer service, with excellent communication and updates on the scheduling, weather concerns, and help recommending and understanding the products. Their attention to detail were impressive. Their prices were very reasonable even when unknown issue with our skylight was discovered in our roof. When we purchased our home 7 months ago, the seller hired Oregon Roof Care, LLC to do some work as part of the sale agreement. We discovered recently that some of the work that was supposed to be completed was missed. When I contacted Jose with Oregon Roof Care to let him know that a small part of the work had not been completed, he responded quickly and professionally. Within 2 days the work had been completed. The way Oregon Roof Care handled this situation was honorable and is proof that these are good guys who care.
