I was under the impression that I would have to replace my entire garage door. Garret came out and said he could repair it instead of replacing it, which saved me thousands. We ended up upgrading our garage motor to a more quiet and stronger one as well. Very professional, quick, and straight forward. No “hidden” fees. Came out later in the afternoon to work with our schedule. They went out of their way to program my extra remotes and install sensors which I forgot to ask for. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

My garage door spring broke, and I checked Nextdoor for a referral. After seeing so many positive reviews for The Garage Door Dr., I called Garrett. I like the fact that he quoted me a price over the phone and told me how long the job would take. He scheduled my service the same day and texted me when he was a few minutes from my house. He did an excellent job replacing the springs and even serviced my door (tightening screws and lubricating). He also advised me on maintenance tips to extend the life of my door. I highly recommend him. He is very efficient and reasonably priced. He will be my go-to for any future garage door issues.
