The water system underwent a complete replacement. All galvanized pipes were removed and replaced with PVC. The removal of these outdated pipes significantly improved the overall system. Zachary and Reed executed this project with exceptional skill and efficiency.

Our water heater was 30 years old and started leaking so we called for an estimate. They were able to send a technician out immediately to assess the situation and provide an estimate (competitive, reasonable quote). Ended up having to replace a few things around the heater as well to make sure new system was updated. Quote was all inclusive. They removed the old system, put new one in and did some minor electrical things as well. All within a few hours from initially calling to gather info. The crew was professional, informative and very respectful of our home. We would definitely call again for future home repairs! Couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received!

We had to call Pipes & Plugs for a possible septic issue we had. Called at 8 am and a tech was out within the hour. 30 minutes to be exact. Everything went smoothly. Zach was super knowledgeable.
