Evan did an amazing job at fixing our hot water leak originating in our slab!!! He was very professional and he worked very diligently to get the job done!

Zachary was professional and very courteous. He helped troubleshoot the electrical problem quickly and resolve it. He took a little extra time to help make sure our outlet power was also tested for the garage door people to come finish the job.

Our toilet stopped flushing. Apparent failure of the flush valve. Evan and his assistant were nearby, and Jennifer dispatched them immediately. Stephen and Trey from Pipes & Plugs LLC were knowledgeable and expedient! They diagnosed the issue with my spigot instantly and repaired the problem before I knew it. Before they left, I asked them for another service and not only did they provide, they were amenable to go get the correct item, and come back to install while I ran a quick errand.
