I had the opportunity to experience a one on one as well as a group workout. They not only help you with building your self esteem but you work at your own pace. You get to push yourself as an individual and only what your capable of doing. You would be surprised and amazed at what you can do, when you focus on just yourself. Self care is totally worth it, I would totally recommend.
