I've worked with a lot of contractors over my years and I mean a lot. I've also done plenty of my own work and GC'd a few projects, so that said, I'm aware of what's involved and what is good work at the end of it all but that all starts with good and skilled "labor". So, I'm glad to have met Luis and by chance. He was fair in a labor only price for my roof needs, he was nice enough to work with me and being on a smaller budget. We agreed on a fair number and he sent his diligent crew soon after to install my supplied materials. All went well and he had them return to neaten up a couple things and also took some debris away. That was nice and he does seem to be a nice man and I would be glad to work with him again, if my needs be and if he wanted but since he didn't get back to me on a siding price, I'll assume not.
