Luis is a great and friendly driver. I'm having difficulties sometimes and he helps me into and out of the van. I've had several other drivers and they've all been great, helpful, and friendly.

I had the pleasure of working with them for a short time in 2022. They really set up great careplans for their clients. I now have came back to my assisted living (Dale Commons) as a director and they are always recommended to my families because they are so attentive and so caring and our residents famlies love using Provident care when our residents need that overnight 1 on 1 care or companion. Tammy is a delight if you ever get the pleasure of meeting her. The whole team is just a great group of caring people.

November 2024 - Once again, they came through for us. Tami (who is dear to my heart due to all the help she has ensured I had, which helped me emotionally also) Emilee and Raj were wonderful in their scheduling to ensure Dad went home with 24/7 around the clock care. We wanted to keep him home in place of a rehab facility after back surgery, they were caring and helped relieve the stress of finding help for him. If you are looking for a reputable care team, who will ensure scheduling is arranged, give them a call. 2020 - They are angels here on earth. Christine, Tami, Kat and Raj were wonderful. They helped set us up as my father required 24/7 care to leave the hospital and be able to go home. Caregivers were there to help. Jennifer in particular was great. She ensured my father drank enough, ate, did his physical therapy, was comfortable, and assisted him in walking to ensure he did not fall. He recovered and is still healing, but is no longer in need of 24/7 care. If it were not for the above people I mentioned, my father would have died. Thank you so much P.C. I recommend this company to anyone who needs help. Our insurance did not pay for it, but some do, it is a bit pricey but well worth it. Thank you.
