It was a great experience. It's always nice knowing and meeting face to face the individuals who are touching your car. Simon really made the process seamless and easy going. The work turned out great...with the exception of some small issues. A week and a bit after picking up my car, I finally gave it a wash. Once I was done, I realized that a both of y rear windows exterior rubber seals and trims had cuts in them. Long stringy pieces of rubber hanging of, It was upsetting, but I understand that it is part of the process. I would have preferred if this was disclosed to me before leaving with my car. Other than that, I'm glad I gave these gents a chance. They worked their magic and it did turnout exactly how I envisioned, minus those little issues. Would recommend.
