These guys came through huge for me when they didn't have to. I ran over a box of screws on the expressway and was able to make it to their shop. It was at the end of the day and they easily could have turned me away. They stayed to repair my tires for me so I could finish the last 1hr 30mins of my drive and not be stranded. They quite literally saved the day!

Very kind, excellent service. My tire popped on the one way running over something unexpected and I just made it in there before my tire was deflated completely. They quickly got my spare on for me at no cost. Thanks guys!

Walked in to ask about replacing the tire sensors in my truck, and they said they would work it in same day. They fixed the sensors, and were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them. Ben does an exceptional job up front, too! He was helping his guys in the back and running the front counter all at the same time.

Bill was great, it was the second or third time I spoke with him before I realized that he used to work at a local tire and repair shop in Ithaca. He was good turning wrenches then. He is scheduling Alma Tire now and using his experience explaining what you done to get you back on the road with your vehicle. I'm very satisfied with the job that was done in a very timely manner.

Midland Tire is an absolutely phenomenal establishment. They were super friendly and accommodating when I first called, I had a bit of a tire emergency and they were able to get me in right away to get me back on the road. The two gentlemen at the desk that I talked to when I got there were professional and very kind, and I even chatted with the mechanic who worked on my car and he was very friendly and courteous. Stellar service and outstanding attitudes all the way around. I had an exceptional experience and I'm so grateful for all of their help. I give this business my highest recommendation. I don't think that there is another shop that provides the level of service they do. I won't go anywhere else. Wonderful experience. Had a flat tire where I had to change spare out on the road. Brought it in to be plugged. Walk in and no appointment. Cody was at the counter to meet me. He came out to make sure it was repairable that it was in the tread and not the sidewall.In and out in less than 30 minutes with no appointment. And the price was outstanding.Was my first visit there and it will be my next if/when I need service again.

These guys are amazing. They actually look at everything and tell you what you need and don’t pressure you into buying anything. They just tell you how long they think the parts will last without pressure.
