I can’t recommend this shop enough! I had a nail in my tire and was stressed about getting it fixed quickly. They got me in the very same day, took the time to locate the nail, and repaired the tire without trying to sell me something I didn’t need.What impressed me most was their honesty. I had already gone to Discount Tire, and they told me they wouldn’t help unless I purchased a brand-new tire. This shop actually looked at the problem, found the nail, and fixed it. Their customer service was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful.It’s refreshing to find a business that values helping customers instead of pushing unnecessary purchases. I’ll definitely be returning for any future tire needs and recommending them to friends and family!

There is a difference between a great experience and a “truly exceptional” experience. I ran into some hiccups after getting my foreign vehicle serviced; however, what this business did afterwards places them in that “rare air” of a “truly exceptional” customer centered company. I went here for 4 tires and a 4 wheel alignment.They did an awesome job.I normally use Michigan tire and wheel in st louis but they messed up my alignment last time.They had my car set to dog track going down the road which messed up my new tires and made my car a hazard to drive.Alma tire fixed the alignment. My car now drives like a new car.They just received a permanent customer.

After absolutely demolishing my car on a curb, I was expecting the worst. Instead, I found a shop full of genuinely good people. They were honest, incredibly kind, and very mindful of costs throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything, never pressured me into unnecessary repairs, and treated me fairly when they easily could have taken advantage of someone who knew very little about car repairs. It's rare to find that level of integrity these days. I am beyond grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic they can trust.

Bought new tires yesterday and the service was amazing. Jason, the office manager, was professional and called with an affordable quote. I’ve used Alma Tire for the past decade and every time they’ve only addressed the issue/issues. No one tries to up sale for you unnecessary things. I highly recommend the mechanics as they are highly skilled and will explain all work completed. Do your vehicle a favor and use Modern Mechanics.
