Honestly one of the nicest gyms I’ve ever been to. The people there are amazing, super friendly, and always willing to help. The whole place is super clean, really well taken care of, and all the equipment is top quality. You can tell they really care about the place. And the massage chair… unreal. I left feeling completely relaxed and impressed. Highly recommend.

Can’t stress enough how great this place is. I was looking for a gym in the area that also offered amenities focused on relaxation and recovery, and that’s exactly what I found here. As a combat veteran, the holistic and effective amenities are a breath of fresh air — a true game changer.Being a family-run business, Brad and Tia do a phenomenal job offering personalized service and help. The high-end equipment and interior fit perfectly with the vibe of the Miami Design District (the Louis Vuitton stair stepper is IG gold, ladies). With that said, the experience offered here speaks for itself, and I highly encourage anyone to stop by and check it out for themselves (and ask for a demo of the massage chair — trust me).P.S.
