It is an amazing gym! Everyone there is amazing and super friendly! I was initially intimidated as a woman to be training in a male-dominated field, but the women there are super empowering, and the men are so supportive that I am happy to be a part of the gym, and I get to train and be better mentally and physically with amazing, supportive people

I was a little nervous to join at first but within my first 2 visits I already felt like part of a family! Both the instructors and members attending there are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. After about a month of going I can already see a difference in my confidence, strength and the way my body looks. I love this gym so much
