I participated in my first session last night. I have a structured workout plan already but was looking for something to challenge myself and this certainly did! The instructor guided me through the movements and you can go at your own pace. I highly recommend checking out the facility if you are looking for something new, a good outlet for stress or just getting started.

I’ve been at Invicta since it opened. The place is clean,, the classes are interesting and varied. And the equipment is kept in good order and is tailored to the instructions. Always happy to be there.

This is the place to be! I am completely new to kickboxing, and everyone has been so welcoming, from the Owner to the trainers to the rest of the members. I’ve been able to quickly pick up new skills and stay highly motivated during class thanks to the trainers’ instruction and encouragement from others in the class. The gym is super clean, and all the equipment is in great shape! I also really appreciate that there are classes later into the evening and early on Saturday.
